Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken - grilled, skin on
  • 2-3 dried red chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 stick of margarine (NOT BUTTER)
  • 1 cup of water
  • hot sauce (choice of liking)

Preparation

Step 1

Grill whole chicken on grill under just done. Allow to cool. Tear all chicken from bones.
While Chicken is grilling melt 1 stick margarine and add peppers and water to mixture. Just before adding chicken, add vinegar. Add amounts to taste. If increasing vinegar, proportionally increase water and butter.
