bourbon sweet potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 very large sweet potatoes peeled and cooked
• 4 tbsp butter
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon ( or more )
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp cloves
• Black pepper
• Mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and peel sweet potatoes, peel.
Mash with all ingredients then place in baking dish.
Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
Add marshmallows and cook 10 more minutes or until Brown.
