Easy Three Bean and Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 can (25 to 28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans in sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, undrained
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups leftover chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated golden corn biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • Sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired

Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except biscuits in slow cooker.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until chili is hot.
