  • 7 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 to 2 lbs.susage
  • planko bread crumbs

Step 1

Hard boil eggs. Separate susage into 7 pieces and cover eggs.Make sure there are no airholes and cracks.
Beat eggs and coat wrapped eggs in egg mixture then bread crumbs.Deep fry for 6-8 mins. or until susage is brown. Drain then cool. Cut into quaters and serve with brown mustard.
Can also bake eggs at 400 until susage done. Making sure that you turn so sides don't flatten and get brown on both sides.
