Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. onion(chopped)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 bottle Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 bag taco chips (crushed)
- 1 package taco seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain off fat. Add kidney beans and let cool. Shred lettuce and cheese in large bowl. Add hamburger onions and taco seasoning, then toss. Just before serving add crushed chips and entire bottle of Thousand Island dressing. Toss again.
