Poppy seed nut bread

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups flour
  • 11/2 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 11/2 Cups oil
  • 2 Cups eggs
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Can evaporated milk
  • 2 Oz poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

First beat together sugar, oil & eggs. In another bowl swift together flour, soda & salt. Add flour mixture alternately w/evap milk to the sugar mixture. Mix we'll & stir in nuts & seeds. Pour into greased pans. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour. Test w/tooth pick
