Ingredients
- 2 cans (14oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14oz) whole tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 small green zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- hot cooked pasta
- parmesan cheese and fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredient except pasta, cheese and basil in crock pot, mix well.
Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Serve sauce over pasta; top with cheese and basil.
