Christmas Ribbon Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small pkgs. lime jello( I use sugar free)
  • 2 small pkgs. any red jello( I use sugar free)
  • 1 small pkg lemon jello ( I use sugar free)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

For first layer, dissolve lime jello in 2 cups boiling water and add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Let set. For second layer, dissolve lemon jello in one cup boiling water. Add cream cheese and marsh mallows. Mix well. Set aside until partially set. Then add whipped topping, mayonnaise, and pineapple. For third layer, dissolve red jello in one cup boiling water and add 3/4 cup cold water. Pour over gelled lemon and refrigerate.
