EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
These are soft cookies and always a big hit!
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk( not evaporated milk)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups Bisquick or other baking mix
- sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add baking mix and mix well. Chill at least an hour. Roll into walnut size ball and then roll them in the sugar. Flatten gently with a fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. do not over bake. Cool and store in an airtight container
Peanut Blossoms-- Shape into balls but do not flatten. Bake as above. As soon as you take out of oven, press a Hershey kiss in the center of each cookie.
