Broccoli Cheese Soup

  • 1-1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese-cheddar, velveeta, american

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli and onion in broth until tender. Add milk and cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Thicken with mixture of corn starch and water if needed.
