White Bean and Basil Dip

  • 1 can (15 oz.) white beans
  • 2 T. chopped basil
  • 1/4 C. chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 C. tahini
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon


Servings 8


Step 1

Set aside about 10-15 beans for garnish. Place all remaining ingredients in bowl of food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl topped with a few beans for garnish.
