Baby Back Ribs-Laurie

Ingredients

  • Sauce: (double or triple)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • chopped onions
  • 5 pounds baby back ribs cut into 2-3 rib sections

Preparation

Step 1

Par boil ribs for 1/2 hour and drain.

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over ribs that have been placed in roasting pan. Place lemon slices on top of ribs. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1/2-1 hour.
