Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 c mayo
• 1/3 c whole milk
• 4 tsp finely minced cilantro
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp finely minced garlic
• 1 tsp finely minced onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
• 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/8 tsp ground cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups
