Mini Rice Treats
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 10 oz. marshmallows
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
1. In a microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on high for 1 to 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add cereal and stir until well coated. If necessary, let mixture cool in the refrigerator until it becomes easier to work with, about 30 minutes. Shape into 1- to 1 1/2-inch balls, pressing firmly to make them smooth.
2. Wrap a tiny cup with scrapbooking paper. Place 4 or 5 balls inside.
