    (12 oz) cans evaporated milk

  • 2

    cups water

  • 6

    tbsp butter

  • 3

    (4.9 oz) boxes hungry jack cheddar and bacon potatoes

  • 2

    cups sour cream

  • ½

    cup green onions, chopped

  • 1

    cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Heat oven to 350*. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non stick spray. Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix into a 5-quart pot. Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and green onions. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
