Ingredients
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh gingeroot
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Place fillets in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the wine, onions,brown sugar, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon pepper. Spoon over fillets; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
