Tamale Casserole

Great way to use up leftover taco meat!

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef, browned
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1 C. water
• 1 C. Salsa
• 1 pkg. corn bread muffin mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground beef, seasoning mix, water and salsa. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions and dot mixture over top of meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15- 20 minutes.
