Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz) Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans, Toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine poppy seeds and water. Add cake and pudding mixes, eggs and oil. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into 2 greased 8x4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
