Maple Pecan Pork Chops
A scumptious must try recipe! Our tender ssucculent lean pork chops are slowly sauteed and simmered in a delightful light sweet maple soy sauce glaze. Peacans add a rich buttery crunch.
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped, pecans
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup sliced onions
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 40mins
Saute pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Add onion and cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
Mix together syrup, soy sauce, pecans, sage and pour over pork chops.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle cooked pork chops with sweet soy sauce and serve.
