Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
- A 10 inch pie plate works well. Can also make in 8 X 8 inch pan or can be doubled and baked in a 9 X 13 inch pan.

Step 1
Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with cocnut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or more.
