- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 2 pkg. (1 8oz. 1 3oz.) cream cheese
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) cool whip, thawed and divided
- 2 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare brownies according to package directions using a 9x13 pan. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 cup cool whip. Spread over brownies. Combine milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate until serving.
