Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (Cayenne)
