Ingredients
- 12 Hot Dogs (my favorite is Ambassador Natural Casing Beef Wieners)
- 1-1/2 quarts Water
- 1 12 oz can or bottle of beer
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 12 Hot Dog Buns (split; toasted if desired)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the Water, Vinegar, Cumin, and Nutmeg in a large pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and add the Hotdogs, cooking until the Hotdogs have heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve on buns with desired condiments.
