Ingredients

  • 6 boneless Pork Loin Chops, frozen
  • 1/2 bag Roasted Baby Baker potatoes, frozen
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom shoup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork chops on bottome of a large oval crock pot

Place potatoes evenly over pork chops

Combine soup, broth, mustard, onions and pepper

Pour soup mixture over pork chops and potatoes

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
