Ingredients
- 1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 c nuts [pecans or walnuts], finely chopped
- 3 c flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and pineapple until well combined.
Fold in the nuts.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then roll into 1-inch balls
Roll into coconut and refrigerate overnight
