Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup hersheys cocoa
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups uncooked oats

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter on low heat. Add milk, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring, let boil one minute. Remove from heat. Add vinilla. Stir in cocoa slowly, mix well and add peanut butter, mix well. Add oats a half a cup at a time. If mixture is runny let sit for a few mins. Then spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate until cool then take off and cover with foil. Keep refrigerated.
