- 3 teas. Dijon mustard
- 6 Tables. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tables. olive oil
- Black pepper
- 3 - 4 teas. honey

Whisk together garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar; add olive oil in a slow steady stream until emulsified. Adjust honey amount adding more if needed for a sweeter taste. Season with more salt and pepper if needed. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
