Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruit.
Yield: 2 cups
