Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2 lbs.cooked shrimp
- 3 avocados
- 2 small red onions, sliced very thinly
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 T salt
- 1 T cilantro
- 4 t. sugar
- 2 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 t. minced garlic
- 1/4 t. pepper

Step 1
Combine all with 1/2 c water. Whisk until thick. Cover shrimp mixture and chill overnight.
Makes 24 appetizers or 8 as a salad.
