Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. Ground Round Hamburger
• 1 small onion (chopped) OR 1 T dehydrated onions
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1 cup water
• Sour cream
• Salsa (optional)
• 1 tube flaky baby grands biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Cook hamburger and onions, drain fat and return to pot. Add tomato paste, taco seasoning and water.
Spray casserole dish with PAM
Spread biscuits on bottom
Bake in oven at 350* for 5 minutes
Add meat mixture on top of biscuits and bake for additional 20 minutes. (Optional...Cheddar cheese can also be added to top)
When serving...top with salsa and/or sour cream
