Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can cut green beans drained
  • 1 can yellow beans drained
  • 1 can chick peas drained
  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 medium onion sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

In a screw top jar combine vinegar, oil sugar and celery seed. Shake well. Place all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over beans and stir lightly. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
