Cheesy Corn and Green Chile Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. cornmeal
  • 1 t. B.P.
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 (15 oz) cans cream style sweet corn
  • 2 (4.5 oz) cans chopped green chiles
  • 6 oz (1 1/2 C) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 egg whites
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In Medium bowl, combine all ingds. except paprika; mix well. Pour into 13X9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 425* for 23 to 33 mins. or until center springs back when touched lightly.
