  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cups Shredded Zucchini
  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and oil until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased 10" baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
