HOT APPLE DESSERT

Ingredients

• 1 box Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 stick margarine, softened
• 2 large baking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients together thoroughly.
Add margarine and mix well.
Set aside 2/3 cup of this mixture for later.
Press remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Top with apples.
Beat together the sour cream and egg and spread over top of the apples.
Sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Wonderful served warm with ice cream!
