- 12 large mushrooms
- 4 oz-1/2 8 oz pkg- philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp choppped parsley

Step 1
remove stems from mushrooms and discard of set aside for other use
mix remaining ungredients; spoon into mushroom caps. place filled sides up, in shallon baking dish
bake 18-20 minutes or until heated through
