Ingredients
- GLAZE:
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz.) package fat-free lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegatable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 9x-13 baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside.
Beat all cake ingredients together with electric mixer until well-blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Comnbine all glaze ingredients. Poke holes in hot cake with a fork. Pour glaze over top and let sit until cool.
