Ingredients

    package lemon cake mix

  • 1

    (3.4 oz.) package fat-free lemon instant pudding mix

  • 1/2

    cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4

    cup vegatable oil

  • 3/4

    cup water

  • 2

    eggs plus 2 egg whites

  • GLAZE:

  • 1-1/2

    cups powdered sugar

  • 1/4

    cup orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 9x-13 baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside. Beat all cake ingredients together with electric mixer until well-blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Comnbine all glaze ingredients. Poke holes in hot cake with a fork. Pour glaze over top and let sit until cool.
