Pot Roast

  • Pot roast
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2-1 cup beef boullion
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge pot roast in flour mixed with salt and pepper.

Brown all sides of meat in fry pan. Put in dutch oven and add 1/2-1 cup water with boullion. (add more liquid if needed) Simmer until tender about 2 hours.

Cut vegetables into medium size pieces and add to dutch oven for last 1/2 hour of cooking.
