Chicken Dish in Oven

Ingredients

• Scallions-chopped
• 1/3 cup bourbon
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
• 4 chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in casserole dish

Place mushrooms and scallions in pan and saute in 1/4 cup butter

Add heavy cream and cook until warmed through

Add 1/3 cup bourbon

Pour over chicken

Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
