Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbl. Zesty Italian dressing
- 12 hard taco shells, warmed
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitted salt. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Drain spaghetti. Add to meat sauce; mix well. Combine next 4 ingredients.
Fill taco shells with mozzarella and spaghetti mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with salad.
