Rustic Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 C. reserved Three Bean Casserole
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 t. finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In 4 qt. saucepan or Dutch over place reserved Three Bean Casserole. Add all remaining ingds. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil (8 to 10 mins.).

Reduce heat to low. Cook until flavors are blended (10 to 12 mins.)
