Walnut-Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c begetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c pumpkin puree
- 1/3 c water
- 2 c plain flour
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 6 (0r 2 loaf) mini-loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes for mini pans. Remove from pans. Cool on racks.
