Ingredients

  • 1 1/4

    c sugar

  • 1/2

    c begetable oil

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    c pumpkin puree

  • 1/3

    c water

  • 2

    c plain flour

  • 1

    c oatmeal

  • 1

    t baking soda

  • 1/2

    t salt

  • 1

    t ground cinnamon

  • 1/2

    t ground cloves

  • 1/2

    t baking powder

  • 1/2

    c chopped walnuts

Directions

In large bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 6 (0r 2 loaf) mini-loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes for mini pans. Remove from pans. Cool on racks.
