Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 8 oz. bottle of red salad dressing
- 8 pieces of chicken, uncooked
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together sauce ingredients (preserves, soup, and dressing). Place chicken pieces in baking pans. Spoon sauce over chicken. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil for 1st hour and then uncover for last 30 minutes. If desired, serve on top of white or brown cooked rice.
