Onion Pie

My friend Patrice gave me this recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 sleeve ritz crackers
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 stick butter
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp self rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Make a crust of crushed ritz crackers and milk in bottom and sides of pie pan.

Mix rest of ingredients together and pour into pie pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
