Sundried Tomato Pesto

  • jar of sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 6-10 cloves of peeled garlic
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • olive oil about 1/4 cup



Step 1

Dump tomatoes in food processor, add in garlic, add in walnuts, add in grated parm. blend and pour in oil until well mixed.

Will stay in refrigerator for a couple of weeks

toss in hot cooked pasta or tortellini
pour some over cream cheese and serve as an appetizer with toasts or crackers
Warm in small sauce pan add half and half use for sauce with chicken
