Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c unpacked brown sugar
- 6 T light butter
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 c chocolate chips
- 1/3 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Gradually beat flour mixture in alternating with water. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake until golden or about 20-25 minutes.
