Ingredients
- 8 tlbs. unsalted butter, softened but cool
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cut into 8 pieces
- 1 1/2 tea vanilla extract

Step 1
IN mixer on medium high speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy ( 2 minutes)
ADD cream cheese one piece at a time until well incorporated
ADD vanilla and mix until no lumps remain
