(or more) C blueberries, rinsed and drained
pkg. (13½ oz.) graham cracker crumbs
C melted Butter
pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
pkg. (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Combine cornstarch, sugar water and blueberries. Cook in microwave in large pyrex bowl. Stir after 4" then every 1 1/2-2" until thick and clear. Cool. Combine cracker crumbs and butter and press 1/2 crumbs into bottom of 9 X 13" pan. Mash cream cheese until soft gradually beating in sugar and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture carefully on cracker base. Spread blueberry filing evenly over cheese then remaining cheese mixture over berries. Sprinkle w/remaining crumbs. Chill overnight and cut into squares.
