Sand Tarts - From Grammy Bowman's Grammy Hillegas

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter or margarine
• 3 eggs
• pinch salt
• 3 TBS cream
• 4 cups flour
• 3 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Mix sugar, butter, eggs and salt
Add Cream
Mix well then add flour and powder.

Chill dough for an hour or two
Roll as thin as possible for crunchy cookies

You will need lots of flour to roll and cut out as they get very sticky.

Bake 10-12 min
